Public bug reported:

When I open gwibber, it also starts the "gwibber-service". If I close
Gwibber by selecting Quit form its application menu or use Ctrl+Q, it
closes the program but not gwibber-service. To stop the service, I have
to stop the process. Having gwibber-service persist after closing the
main application is a big issue.

** Affects: gwibber
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
