Thanks to have answered (and so fast :) )
I can't open my JPK files with gwyddion 2.14 neither.
I don't know the version of JPK software I used. I got no answer from the
foreign lab I took these pictures.
You would find several files attached to this mail. 2 of them are prints of
screen of the problem when I open a JPK file. It opens it with a size of 64
x 64 pixels² instead of 512 x 512.
I have alos attached one of my JPK files to see if you can open them with
your version. The technician of the foreign lab told me that he has no
problem to open these files using linux (ubuntu).
