Libraries: - libgwyapp: Functions to parse typical text headers of SPM files were added. - libgwyprocess: Delaunay triangulation and XYZ data interpolation functions were added. - libgwyprocess: New area statistics functions can either include or exclude the masked area (previously only inclusive masking was possible). - libgwyprocess: GwyMaskingType has a public GwyEnum. - libgwydgets: gwy_radio_buttons_create() accepts also implicitely terminated value-name tables. - libgwyddion: Gaussian fitting parameter b meaning was corrected to correspond to the formula. Modules: - Attocube (new): Imports Attocube Systems ASC files. - NanoScan (new): Imports NanoScan XML files. - PLT (new): Imports Nanosurf PLT files. - Raw XYZ (new): Imports XYZ data and regularizes them to a grid. - IGOR: Support for Asylum Research files was substantialy improved. - NT-MDT: MDA frame support was improved. - NetCDF: Can read GXSM files with data in "FloatField" instead of "H". - Statistical quantities: The masked area can also be excluded. - Seiko: Supports more file types (with magic header SPIZ000AFM). - Nanonis: Missing data, repsetended by NaNs in the SXM files, are masked and replaced with a neutral value upon import. - Pixmap export: TIFFs are written in binary mode, fixing broken exported images on MS Windows. - Pixmap export: It is possible to export data as 16bit grayscale images (at present for TIFF, PNG and PNM). - ASCII export: It is possible to set precision of exported values. - Object Synthesis: Cone, box and tent shapes were added. - Mark With: Marking result sometimes not corresponding to selected options was fixed.
