Hello, this would be done with Meta → Metadata browser, see http://gwyddion.net/documentation/user-guide-en/metadata.html that is, if there was metadata reading support for Omicron files. As it is missing at this moment so it is not possible to display the parameters in Gwyddion, sorry. Since the parameters can be read easily from the .par files this is more or less just an omission; I will try to implement it to the next version.
