Hello, the ISO two-dimensional (surface) roughness parameters are not available as a group. Nevertheless, a number of them are identical to basic statistical characteristics shown by Statistical Quantities tool http://gwyddion.net/documentation/user-guide-en/statistical-analysis.html#stat-quantities or are directly related to them (e.g. Peak-Peak is simply maximum minus minimum). Other quantities are available elsewhere, such as fractal dimension, with several calculation methods (one of them corresponds to the norm IIRC).
