I would like to check whether the radial PSDF is averaging over the angle or
summing over the angle of the 2D PSDF.
Referring to the radial PSDF as defined at:

There seems to be a factor of 1/2π missing for averaging, and I am puzzled
as to why there is an extra K, which is outside the W(K_x,K_y) function but
within the integral over phi [0, 2π].
