The pixmap export module does not write any XRresolution and YResolution fields. So you just get some default value. You can increase the pixel dimensions of the created image using the Zoom control in the dialog, but setting the TIFF physical dimension fields is not possible (and I consider specifying physical dimensions of pixmap images a bit counterproductive because scaling them is evil).
