Hello, you probably just need to display the data browser
http://gwyddion.net/documentation/user-guide-en/data-browser.html
with Meta → Show Data Browser. Gwyddion saves which channels are
displayed in windows in .gwy files; but for imported files it displays
just the first channel in a window and you can access the others using
the data browser.
The data browser should be shown by default, however, if it is closed it
stays closed until you enable it again.
