Hello, could you be more specific what kind of subtraction you mean? The only place actually mentioning subtraction is the tooltip for ellipse/rectangle undrawing – do you mean that, i.e. subtraction in the FFT mask editor? Or the preview of difference between original and filtered data? Anyway, everything seems to work for me (even trying under MS Windows, well, under Wine actually, but it should be the same). Maybe this is just misunderstanding, both adding and subtracting work with the FFT mask. So to subtract maningfully, you have to subtract from something – usually from a full mask created by Fill but also from anything else you have drawn on the Fourier image.
