Greetings Gwyddion Users,
I'm working on a project doing surface simulations in python and am trying
to compare my synthetic data with the experiments from our realspace
counterparts. I am wondering if there is a nice resource that I can use to
push my data into Gwyddion so that I can use the same tools to make
comparison measurements between my synthetic results and the AFM results
from my colleagues?
My simulation yields point samplings on the surface in the form of (x,y,z)
where x,y,and z are floating point numbers and they are currently expressed
in ascii plain text. The sampling is non-uniform though it is trivial for me
regrid the data.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to generate a simple file the
Gwyddion can use, I'm not too concerned with measuring absolute distances as
this work is mostly concerned with relative angles between features.
Thanks,
Sloan Lindsey
