Hi,

today I wanted to get rid of some noisy stripes using the 1D-FFT function. I
applied this method before to other file formats (i.e. *.bcr ), but with
native veeco Instrument files ( i.e. AFM : <data-name>.000 ) this function only
presents an empty "Fourier-Modulus-Density" plot. I can mark some ranges to
get rid of the related signal, this works so far. I really see some effect
in the resulting image. But I don't know about the amplitude of the related
signal.
So I am completely in the dark about this amplitude.

I tested this feature with a bcr file and there it works well.

Is there any need to convert these data into .bcr files, or is this kind of
bug? My <data-name>.000 AFM data file contains three channels, which can be
opened for modification with gwyddion.

Kind regards,

Mathias
