Hi,
Path Level can help sometimes, but there are many occasions it is not as good
as a line by line level with exclusions based on height (or manually
chosen). The main one is when there are lots of islands, and it is not possible
to find 3 (straight) lines on teh background. The best option would be to allow
the use of the mask to define the exclusions from the line by line fit. This is
currently the major feature missing from gwyddion for me.Regards,Pete.
