I'm a bit confused if I'm doing this sourceforge/info request correctly -
but here it goes.
I need to apply gwyddion's histogram function solely to data I have masked.
The image is a height profile acquired by AFM. I am only interested in the
distribution of heights that fall within a selected range (+/- 600 nm).
Also, my process for setting the mask is: data process->basic
operations->limit range. Enter -/+600 in the threshold values. Then apply
the mask (data proc ->mask->mark with) to data range from minimum 0.01% to
max 99.99%. Is there a one step way to do this?
