Can you select them from data browser (Meta->Data browser) and select channels there? If not, I need and example of the file to make it work. You can send it directly to my address (dn2010 at gmail dot com) or upload it to some ftp or filehosting like depositfiles and post a link here. I had only limited set of raman spectrometer data to test loading, so maybe support for some kinds of scan is incomplete.
