Hello Mariano, unfortunately, I cannot reproduce either problem. I tried both the current development version (that contains some nanoscope import fixes) and version 2.25 but both work flawlessly. I also tried it in different locales just to be sure as it is a common source of weird import issues (I cannot see anything locale-dependent in the code though). Was the file transferred correctly to the Linux box? Can you compile the Gwyddion development snapshot from source code and try to open the file in that?
