Hello,
I have some dozen Veeco files with 2 channels and want to create a png file
(level by mean plane and shifted minimum z-value axis) for every channel in
the same folder for quick overview. This task cries for a batch, so I was
happy to find that gwyddion provides a scripting interface called pygwy -
but how to use it? I work on Windows 7 with gwyddion 2.25 head.
Can you point me to or give me a step-by-step instruction? I can't find
anything I understand.
My questions are so far:
How do I open the console?
Where do I store *.py files/modules?
how to start such a script?
I am looking forward get started :-)
