Hallo

Just throwing an idea out there (even though you said a code repository 
was out of the question). A code repository could be made discoverable, 
if it was required to hand a raw text file next to the script, in some 
predictable naming scheme.

The they could be made available with descriptions und alles on the web 
page by parsing the text files from a local version of the repo. It'll 
require more work than a wiki, but not obscene amounts I think.
