Thank you very much for your quick response. Unfortunately I do not have any
specific information regarding the file format. Here is an example of .tif file
generated by the AFM:

As I mentionned the best thing I could do was importing this file as 512*512 px
containind 32-bit (signed or unsigned).
But the Z scale does not seem to work properly, moreover the header is imported
as well as a some weird pixels on the right of the image.
