Certainly they are not ASCII files although the file bears a simple ASCII header which might be useful. The file seems to contain several chunks of data that might be curves but it's difficult to tell exactly. If export is not possible can you send information about what the files are supposed to contain, a screenshot of the curves, perhaps?
