Hello, I had a simple question. Suppose that we have an AFM image. We process it using Gwyddion (cropping, rotation, flattening, etc). Can you tell me how I can export the resulting topography to a file that can be easily imported in Origin, Sigmaplot, or MATLAB? I tried saving the file as a .txt file, but the result is just a series of numbers separated by space, and it is hard to figure out what is x, y, or z in that file. Thanks, Kiarash,
