Hello,

it depends on your instrument and measurement procedure.
If you have measured or estimated cantilever stiffness and deflection 
sensitivity,
there might be a way how to get the data in Newtons within the 
manufacturers software.
Or the conversion factor might be only in the metadata, stored together with
your curves. Or (the worst case) the conversion factor is in metadata, 
but we are not able
to read it out of it.

Do you see the force values in the graph when performing force distance 
curve measurement?
