The oppi directories are only installed if you run the Oppi_Dev_43_SP2.exe
installation which can be downloaded from
http://www.geosoft.com/support/Development_Tools/oppi.html
The GX developer stuff is only intended for computers which have Oasis
installed. So you need to have oppi installed and refer to the geo_oppi lib
or dll to make apps that can run on any computer. I guess that oppi is
mainly intended to read and write databases and not much else. So it has all
the basic ipj, lst, reg, va,vm and vv routines and so is pretty limited.
