Bigger is better. <grin> I quite forget exactly which year(s) you've focused on, but happily for us short-haired chicks, short hair was fashionable from time to time. I'm particularly fond of the "Coif a la Titus", which, more or less, is bobbed hair in teensy tight curls all over the head. Thrill! I find turbans a bit warm, so I'll strongly recommend that make yours in silk. Check around you may even find that a filet band will work, keeping you cooler yet suitably coifed.
