Please forgive my cross-post (but do feel free to forward as you see fit) Hi folks. I don't know if any of you outside Meridies know about the old SCA_Fabric-Finders list (or how many of you need Yet Another Yahoo List ...). It's been taken over by spammers, so we decided to start a new list -- and make it SCA-wide since so many of us buy fabric online The group is SCA_Fabric-n-Notions http://groups.yahoo.com/group/SCA_Fabric-n-Notions and it's for finding and *buying* fabric -- whatever the source. Whether it's something from your own personal stash, your business, or your favorite brick-and-morter store or e-store -- this is the place to be!
It *is* moderated (funny, that), so if I don't recognize your name, and you don't provide enough information in your "why I want to join your group" I"ll email you and ask! (and probably beg forgiveness if I don't recognize your name!) I mention the SCA because that's where I play; but I know that others of you don't -- please don't let that stop you. Searching for historically accurate fibers is something that we all have to deal with. C'mon over and play.
