This reminds me.
I am apun my 3rd. steam iron. And each and every one of them had the problem with the button where you turn on or off for the steam. Seams that the plastic is glued to the button, and the steam destroys the glue, so that the button after some time gets useless.
Anyone having the same problems?

Sorry, I can't help for a US source, but thank-you for the opinion about the Tefal steam iron - I've been eyeing them off over here in Australia. One day.......
