The publisher tells us that the book is out of print! So, buy one if
you get the chance (whatever the cost!). Yikes!
*ACK* My copy was supposed to have been here early in November and
I've not seen hide nor hare of it yet. :-( Maybe there will be
enough demand that they'll reprint it.
