[h-cost] Shoulder-strap-less Tudors?

I'm almost positive someone posted a link about this on here, sometime in 
the past year or so....  Someone made or was in the process of planning an 
early/mid 16thC gown (probably c1540s) with a neckline so wide that they 
just eliminated the shoulder strap part of the bodice entirely.  Can anyone 
remember the topic/link?
