And I assume that doesn't include their proprietary s/w embroidery editing package, or anything extra in terms of special feet, different-sized hoops, etc.? I assume they give you some feet and hoops with the machine but perhaps not everything I'd want. I may be wrong, it's been so long since I bought my old Viking, but I dimly remember dickering with the salespeople and getting a discount, like buying a car. Where's a good website to buy machine embroidery thread BTW? As I said, my old Viking is perfectly functional, though not top-of-the-line in its time. Is there any convenience to having one machine set up for sewing and another for embroidery, considering I already have one just for sewing? I'm already wondering if, when I upgrade my computer, I should be putting my old one in the sewing room, considering I've always had my sewing room separate from my office and am likely to continue to want things that way.
