Personally, I wouldn't worry about matching them if you think they look okay. I'd baste the jacket together, put it on, and have someone take a look at it. If they don't see a problem, I'd go ahead and sew it up. How far off are they from matching? Could you add a row or two of plain stitching paralleling the seams to make them come together visually?
