There is a place called Namaste Grocery (I think that's the name) in the little strip mall on the corner of El Camino and Ralston Ave. in Belmont. On Willow Road, in Menlo Park, there is a little place I think called Polynesian Market, or Tropical Market. It has a lot of spices, at good prices. It is just west of the highway, so is best to get to it by going east on Willow and just before the overpass, go right. And on Hillsdale Blvd. again just west of the highway, is another place whose name completely escapes me, but it is on the right side as you are traveling east, in the block before the overpass. It is technically a middle eastern market, but has loads of interesting spices, etc.

There's an Indian grocery in Sunnyvale at Lawrence & El Camino (just north/west of Lawrence).
