I ran into this a while back with an eBay seller. I complained to eBay and sent full documentation of what the offender was doing and my site.
They took the offender down within a week. I have yet to see them back on as a seller on eBay ever since. Do screen shots of everything, now. This is a Power seller, it may take a lot to get them to be sanctioned. That being said however, I can tell you that eBay has changed somewhat from the day that I did that. Things are different there now so it may not be as easy to get someone to listen to you. Still, try. Etsy is another place where it is FULL of this type of offender. But unlike eBay Etsy will refuse to do anything about it. ♫ Chiara Francesca « Ehi Prof.!
