A tricorn is just a regular round brimmed hat with the brim folded up in three places. You can fashion a tricorn out of any round brimmed hat. The particular style varied thru it's time of fashion with the brim being wider/higher vs narrower/lower so it will depend on exactly where in the timeline you are trying to be.
