Becky- That painting is "The Fruit Seller" by Vincenzo Campi, , ca1580.
If you look it up at the Web Gallery of Art http://www.wga.hu/index1.html you will get the full painting, not the crop you found. You will be able to see all of her dress, right down to the hem and her right foot. To me, it looks like the green is a trimmed apron and the dress is all gold.
