A couple of years ago I found at a local Party City store a Halloween costume for the Hulk that was green and had poly stuffing...worked for my needs at the time and wasn't too expensive. I've also used Green Pepper patterns for a fitted body suit (they do a good job of patterns for knits & sports stuff like racing suits). Just made one suit to fit and another much larger and padded inbetween the two as needed.

I found a couple of online links, but all the old ones I used to know of seem to be long gone and/or broken. Online is preferred, she wants to start this as soon as possible, and is for a 29 year old guy who doesn't sew. Thanks in advance!
