A couple of years ago I found at a local Party City store a Halloween
costume for the Hulk that was green and had poly stuffing...worked for my
needs at the time and wasn't too expensive. I've also used Green Pepper
patterns for a fitted body suit (they do a good job of patterns for knits &
sports stuff like racing suits). Just made one suit to fit and another much
larger and padded inbetween the two as needed.

Sorry, not very historical unless you count the 1990's. :0)

A friend of mine has foolishly agreed to make her brother a Teenage Mutant
Ninja Turtle costume for a local Comic con this fall.

I found a couple of online links, but all the old ones I used to know of
seem to be long gone and/or broken.

Online is preferred, she wants to start this as soon as possible, and is for
a 29 year old guy who doesn't sew.

Thanks in advance!
