Thank you, Denise and Sharon. Although most of our actresses protest
wearing anything from our collection of furs (every community theater
is really a community attic, with so many thoughtful people cleaning
out their closets and attics and thinking "ah, this is TOO GOOD to
throw away; I'm sure the theater can use it!), sometimes I do insist,
and I'll be more interested in insisting with this piece now!

I can remember friends of my parents wearing fur stoles like these
two photos show.
I also found one more photo that shows a couple attached side by
side, then single mink hanging down longer.
