I had previously thought about integrating some central features (especially the natural syntax) in jOOQ (http://www.jooq.org). This thread here makes me think whether it might be a reasonable idea to actually merge JaQu and jOOQ? Both projects could gain from the synergies and increased communities. - JaQu's strength: "natural" Java syntax.
