We found that a backup.zip is not immediately ready for copying after creating the backup, it can take up to 5 seconds before the backup.zip is available.
This behavior does not occur in all situations, it only occurs if the database is located on a share on a server, it may be related to the OS of the server. In particular Wndows small business server is one of them.
