Hi, I have just added a comment on #156 saying that I would like to try and organise sponsorship/funding for #156.
I don't know what the correct way to go about this is so I'm looking for guidance on that. Someone can contact me directly via robin.bygave (at) gmail dot com if you wish to discuss privately etc. Background: I am the main contributor to Ebean ORM which has been a 10+ year effort so I have some idea of the difficulties funding open source projects. For this specific issue I will look to 'lean' on some of the larger corporate Ebean ORM users for funding this issue. Longer term I have an agenda to push corporate development teams to annually obtain a chunk of funding from management which they then choose how to allocate themselves (either at an annual 'open source funding party' or on an issue by issue basis).
