But it would be nice with a standardised output from plugins. It would
help both users and theme authors. As an example you can look at the
RN tagcloud and recentcomments. Tagcloud doesn't output a <h3> tag but
recentcomments does. In a theme both this plugins will likely be
located in more or less the same place and be styled the same. It
would be good to have some general pointers on how to do the output of
a theme. Maybe a wiki page for it?
