Well, I will agree with the effort to make an extend directory that is
external from the svn (as the http://habariproject.org/en/explore/plugins).
However, I believe that there are people who are working on doing this. If
this is not true, or the development of this explore/extend feature has been
halted I am sure there are more people willing to help with it. I myself
would be willing to put effort into developing a system where non-svn savvy
contributors, or even svn savvy contributes, can easily add their
contributions to our system.
