I'm constantly asking friends and family to sit in-front of my Mac with
Silverback [1] running, to get their impressions of new software/websites
I'm working on - something I'd recommend to everyone!

I did this with my younger brother, and asked him to have a play with the
Habari dashboard, and he ended up getting pretty frustrated! Here's the
summary of points:

   - "The widgets are easy to move around, less 'fiddly' than WordPress."
   - "Why are there only three widgets?"
   - "How can I add more? Where's the big '+' like on a Mac?!"
   - "What does 'Latest Log Activity mean? Oh, you mean latest site
   activity..."
   - He didn't know what the 'i' did on the Latest Log Activity widget
   - When he clicked it, he tried to close the config screen, and clicked
the 'x' thinking that was the right thing to do
   - Got very surprised when it disappeared, tried to look for an 'Undo'
button, even looking in the Message Log, but found none
   - Eventually managed to add it again using the dropdown

So, what do we do? Here's some ideas I had in light of the testing:

   - Perhaps make the 'Latest Log Activity' more understandable to
   non-geeks... :P
   - Have a pretty looking tooltip appear when the 'i' is hovered over,
"Change the settings for this widget"
   - The 'x' should disappear on the blacked out config screen, and 'i'
should then have a tooltip saying "Close settings"
   - On the Message Log, to the right of those messages, could we possibly
   have an Undo button?

Although it was very basic testing, I tend to agree with the results and
would love to get peoples feedback on this...
