Agreed, so I'm +0, too. There's nothing /wrong/ with the statement, but I have no idea what ethnicity or sexual orientation most of the community represent, and I don't care, so IMO it's not necessary to make a big deal out of nothing. The rule should be: "don't be an idiot," which includes "don't troll" and "ignore the trolls."
