Do any URLs on the blog work? Can you get to the post page for the default post created during install?
If you can get to the post page fine but can't login I'd suspect there's something wrong with the configuration of your host. If none of the URLs work double check that you have an .htaccess file (and that there's actually something in it). If it's there and the contents look fine you might want to contact your host to see if they support mod_rewrite.
