I recently made a request to JetBrains to obtain an open source license
for their PHPStorm product on behalf of the Habari Project.
PHPStorm is an IDE for Windows, Mac, and Linux that includes many
professional features, including code hinting, syntax highlighting,
project management, and debugging. I've been using their 2.0 beta
version, and it's pretty slick; definitely worthy of review.

My request for licenses has been granted, and we have been provided a
license for an unlimited number of seats. If you are a contributor to
Habari and are interested in using PHPStorm, I would like to provide you
with a license.
Rather than post the license here on the public list for anyone to take,
I suggest you download the trial, and if you find that PHPStorm is
something that you'd like to use regularly to work on Habari code,
please email me directly and I'll provide you with the license key.
I'll also forward the license info to the private list so that other PMC
members can provide the license on request.
