There's likely to be one more RC before we release 0.7, due to some late changes. We want to get everything tested before we roll out this big release.
I think everyone is interested in getting 0.7 out before April 2nd, so I don't expect any significant changes that would even affect a site that's built on RC2.
I hope that answers the question. I'm not sure if you had specific concerns about working from an RC, but we'd be glad to have more help sorting out any remaining issues that you might encounter before a final release.
