Hi Ratmir and welcome to the world of Habari The first thing to know about Habari is we try to keep the core Habari code small and compact with very basic functionality. For everything else, you need to use plugins.
So, to get a tag cloud, install one of the Tag Cloud plugins, for example: http://habariproject.org/dist/plugins/fluffytag/ http://lildude.co.uk/projects/hb-cumulus Page summary: http://habariproject.org/dist/plugins/summary/ might do the trick, though you may need to actually customise your theme to get what you want. A full list of plugins available can be found at http://wiki.habariproject.org/en/Available_Plugins which includes a link to http://habariproject.org/dist/plugins/ As for fixing a post to the top of the page and hiding part of the post, these would be a functions of the theme you use. The default themes don't offer this functionality so you'll need to find one that does, or customise a theme.
