Les, no one here, that I have seen, has come across in the way that you describe when you have asked a question. We love to answer questions, and do so in the most approachable and helpful way possible. While that may be different for each person, it is still true.
Don't know how to do something? Fine, just say, "Oh, right. I don't really know where to start, could you give me some pointers?" I don't know why you feel like you need to come across in such a passive aggressive way in your emails, but it is starting to wear thin, at least to me. The directions for adding DISQUS to Habari are the same as they are for any site in their "universal" directions. Login to the site and go to: /admin/settings/universalcode/ And follow the instructions there.
