It's been several years since I last used it, but it looks like they've done a good bit of work on the UI since then (one of my chief complaints was that everything was so "big" it was hard to see anything at a glance).
I remember it seeming... quirky. Almost like Wordpress does - a hodgepodge of different pieces thrown together that tend to work well enough, but just don't seem "right", if that makes sense. I haven't tried the latest version, but has anyone else gotten any impression like that?
