If I enable StaticCache and Route301 at the same time, the first time
I access http://example.com/feed will redirect to http://example.com/atom/1
correctly, but the next time will just show a blank page, because it
is cached by StaticCache. I know I can exclude /feed in StaticCache,
but what about entry permalinks?
