Sorry, I don't have a copy of this plugin. Try contacting the author of that
site.  The site is still alive, just the link is dead.

Re updating the discussit plugin: I'll do it when I get a chance.  You may
want to log a ticket at
https://trac.habariproject.org/habari-extrasreferencing this
discussion so I don't forget (or so someone else can make
the change if they've got the time)
